Maria Eduarda Palermo Capez is an attorney, graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP).

She began her professional career working in Public Law during her first internship, where she gained a solid foundation in handling administrative norms and procedures. She joined the Criminal Prosecutor’s Office of Barra Funda, an experience that provided her with direct exposure to prosecutorial work and practical insight into the functioning of criminal prosecution.

Academically, she received honorable mention for her Final Paper on “Plea Bargaining: Analysis of the Institute and Assessment of the Voluntariness of the Imprisoned Collaborating Agent,” a study reflecting her interest in critical analysis of contemporary Criminal Law.

She currently practices law with an emphasis on Criminal and Consumer Law, focusing particularly on issues related to the supplementary health sector.
