Attorney, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from FMU and a specialization in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law from PUC-SP. He has more than 15 years of experience in the public sector, having served as Executive Director and Chief of Staff of the Consumer Protection Foundation (PROCON-SP); member of the National Council for Consumer Protection (CNDC); member of the Regulatory Agency for Sanitation and Energy of the State of São Paulo (ARSESP); member of the State Health Committee of the São Paulo Court of Justice (TJSP); Legal and Parliamentary Advisor to the São Paulo Legislative Assembly (ALESP); Legal Advisor to DETRAN-SP; and Administrative Advisor to PRODESP and the Poupatempo Program. He is also a lecturer. Founding member of the National Association for Countering Abusive Litigation (Anela).
